My path into counselling began after a personal loss, when I realised how deeply we all need spaces where we can feel seen and not judged. Before becoming a therapist, I studied Music and worked in the arts; a background that still shapes my curiosity and creative approach.
I am originally from Greece and have lived in the UK for over 20 years. Being born to another culture helps me empathise with people navigating more than one world. People describe me as warm and easy to talk to. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or heavy; honesty, humour, and humanity matter as much as reflection.
I’m a BACP-accredited therapist with experience in the NHS and third sector, offering trauma- and grief-informed support. Healing, to me, comes not only from understanding pain, but from reconnecting with what makes us feel alive.
